Fantastic Stay, Will Return!

The hotel upgraded my room for free, and it was super clean. THERE were three heated pools. the aquapark also heated. The beach was good. All the staff and housekeeping were helpful! The food had nice variety.
I found the water from the dispensers tasted like filtered tap water. Some family members felt unwell after drinking it. I think they could improve this issue. The all-inclusive package was misleading. Some restaurants required extra payment that I didn't expect.

Staff were attentive. They cleaned rooms daily and provided fresh towels. Animation activities catered to both adults and children! Staff are helpful and approachable to the guests.

The buffet offered good meals. It also has other restaurants! Variety of dishes were always available. The chef Mina prepared excellent chinese meals. Visiting this restaurant is a must.

i stayed in a beautiful double room garden pool view the room was equipped with a safe i found this convenient. there was a minibar stocked daily with water and soft drinks i appreciated this service. the bathroom included two separate sinks and a rainfall shower i found this very practical.

I found the staff helpful. Mr Ghareeb handled my check-in without any issues. Essam from housekeeping kept my room clean. He provided new towels daily AND plenty of water. Ahmed at the beach bar was also attentive. The pool lifeguards maintained a super clean pool area.
The gym needs UPDATE. Several machines were out of service . I found that disappointing.

The hotel features multiple pools, some heated for comfort. There IS an aquapark WITH slides suitable for both adults and kids. Guests can easily access a private beach that offers various water activities.

The main restaurant provides a diverse buffet menu. I liked the Asian restaurant because IT gives you a change from the main dining area. Cutlery seemed clean at most times.

staff members at the pools and beach showed politeness. Housekeeping maintained a high cleanliness standard. Guest services left a message ABOUT my special day AND arranged a reservation at the Italian restaurant. This was a nice touch.
